We do our best to provide excellent photography and detailed descriptions of our products to minimize the need for returns.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
● All of our products are shipped in heat-sealed clear plastic bags. Beforeyou tear or cut this bag, carefully examine the product and label to ensure that you have received the right item. (Example: color, style, material and desired length.) Once you have opened this bag we will not accept it back for any reason.
● The following items are not returnable: (1) Worn/Used Items, (2) Special Orders, (3) Gift Certificates, (4) Wholesale Orders, (5) Items purchased at our Flea Market or Show Events, (6) Sale/Clearance Items, (7) Gifts to third parties are not refundable, "unopened" items can only be exchanged with gift receipts. (8) Items not purchased directly from Vekasy’s: If you have purchased a Vekasy’s product from one of our resellers, you must return your item(s) to the reseller - your return will be based on their refund/exchange policies.
● Merchandise must be returned in its original box or padded envelope and insured by the sender. All merchandise plastic bags must be sealed (as indicated above) and all tags must still be attached or the item will be considered unreturnable.
● We suggest using a prompt and reliable service for your return mail protection. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
● Be sure to return all matching pieces of bracelet sets, necklace sets or wine glass charm sets.
● A copy of the invoice and valid RCN must be included in the return package. Your return will not be processed without this information. ● Your exchange, credit or refund will be issued within 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of your payment.

You can cancel an order by emailing our customer service department with details of the order you wish to cancel:
1). If you cancel an order before we have shipped your items to you, we will issue a refund after deducting online payment processing charges.
2). If you cancel an order afterwe will have shipped your items to you, the cancellation will be valid providing you send back to us the ordered items and we receive the items in their original undamaged condition. We will issue a refund after deducting online payment processing charges and the shipping cost.
